Mimete is the second of the Witches 5, and the least powerful, standing at level 40. At Mugen Gakuen, she masquerades as Hanyu Mimi, [Her given name is a pun on Mimete] an idol who performs only for Mugen Gakuen students. She doesn't appear to teach any courses.
As Mimete, she wears her usual odd orange outfit. On her forehead is a mauve tiara made of several pearl-like beads. She wears matching mauve earrings. Around her neck is a choker that connects to a black star which connects to her top. Her top is black and tulip-shaped. It ends just before her stomach, where it turns into a black diamond surrounded by lots of little orange stars. Her skirt is like a tutu, with a black layer on top, and a somewhat translucent orange layer on the bottom. She wears atrocious yellow tights and has high-heeled shoes with black diamonds on them.
To celebrate the opening of The Mugen Commemorative Dome, an enormous auditorium, Hanyu Mimi performs a concert only for Mugen Gakuen students. Michiru also has a concert on the same night. Usagi already has tickets to Michiru's concert. They decide to go to Michiru's, but also do a little bit of scouting at Mimi's. Minako uses her compact from when she was Sailor V to disguise herself as a Mugen Gakuen student. Mimete starts talking about how much she loves Mugen Gakuen, that she would sacrifice her body for it. She begins to sing. The crowd becomes silent, and Minako feels sleepy. She can't move, and she realizes that Mimi is an enemy. She tries to sneak out but is stopped by a student. She turns into Sailor Venus and attempts to break the audience from Mimete's spell. Mimete intoduces herself and attacks Venus, but Venus counterattacks with 'Venus Wink-Chain Sword.' The other Inners show up. Mimete, seeing she is outnumbered, begs Kaolinite to give her power, to get daimons to help her. Kaolinite turns three students into daimons, but two are quickly destroyed by Sailor Moon. The last one attacks Tuxedo Kamen and Chibi-Usa, but it is destroyed by Sailor Neptune's 'Deep Submerge.' Uranus attacks Mimete with 'World Shaking'. She disappears in a flash of light.
As the 5 inner senshi enter Mugen Gakuen, Venus is separated from her friends. She hears faint singing. She feels that her head is splitting and she begs Mimi to stop. Mimete then appears, and intoduces Venus as her pretty guest. A crowd cheers and a microphone materializes in Venus' hands, and ropes wrap around her. Mimete encourages Venus to sing. Venus remembers that being an idol is her dream, and this is her chance to be a star. She decides to quit being a Sailor Senshi. The four Inners are captured but are soon freed by Sailor Moon. The three Outers defeat the Witches 5 for good.
