Cyprine is the last of the Witches 5 and the most powerful, standing at level 999. Cyprine does not have an alias and doesn't teach any classes, but she has been given the assignment of finding certain Mugen Gakuen students who have escaped from the school.
As Cyprine, she wears red flower-shaped earrings. Two black straps hold her dress up, and another strap goes around her shoulders. Blue petals represent her um...breasts, and have black stripes going through them. A ribbon is on the back of her dress. Her skirt hangs like flower petals. She wears blue tights with a black criss-cross pattern in certain places, and large blue boots. Ptilol wears everything similar to this, except in red.
As I mentioned, Cyprine's assignment was to find Mugen Gakuen students. She locates Haruka. Haruka recognizes her as a Death Buster and she and the outers transform. A hailstorm then falls on Tokyo, making the city bloodthirsty. Cyprine introduces herself and attacks the three Outers. Mars attacks with 'Mars Snake Fire' and Cyprine's attack is stopped. Cyprine raises her staff and a mist fills the air. The three Outers threaten to kill the Inners. The Inners throw threats back, while Moon is horrified. Cyprine explains that her witchcraft attacks the depths of the spirit, and magnifies the blackness within. It exposes the human's true intentions. Sailor Moon attacks. In a flash of light, two figures smile. Ptilol, Cyprine's double, has appeared. Cyprine produced a projection of herself and called her Ptilol. They boast about how powerful they are, while the Senshi are still attacking each other. Sailor Moon, Chibi-Usa, and Mamoru hold hands. The Holy Grail slowly materializes. Cyprine's spell breaks and the talismans glow. Sailor Moon transforms into Super Sailor Moon. Cyprine and Ptilol gasp. Super Sailor Moon uses 'Rainbow Moon Heart Ache' on Cyprine and Ptilol and they disappear.
Kaolinite revives the Witches 5. Cyprine and Ptilol welcome the Inners into Mugen Gakuen. The four Inners are captured by the other Witches 5 but are soon freed by Sailor Moon. The three Outers defeat the Witches 5 for good.
