Mistress 9 is the Messiah of Silence, the one who will end the world. She is far more powerful than any of the Witches 5 or even Kaolinite.
Mistress 9 wears a blueish-purple blouse that goes down to her waist and pleats at the end. On the blouse are several jewels that wrap around her shoulders. She also wears a black skirt which goes down past her feet.
The Outer Senshi explain that Hotaru is Sailor Saturn. Sailor Saturn will awaken when the world is about to reach destruction, and she will guide it to death. The Outers have decided to kill Hotaru before she can awaken and seal Sailor Saturn completely. Chibi-Usa, being Hotaru's best friend, doesn't want this to happen. She goes to the Tomoe household to warn Hotaru. She finds Hotaru lying on the floor. Chibi-Usa transforms into Sailor Chibi Moon. A hand reaches from Hotaru's chest and rips Chibi Moon's brooch from her. Chibi Moon reverts back to Chibi-Usa. Hotaru's eyes glow and her short hair becomes...uh...LONG.
Sailor Moon tries to help Hotaru but she is thrown back. Hotaru begins to cackle and triumphantly holds the Silver Crystal. A black star shines on her forehead. Later, Mistress 9 sits on her throne. Pardon me for getting a bit off-topic, but I have to use this quote. ^^ "I cut and I cut, it grows back," Mistress 9 says. "Crappy hair. This is limited and inconvenient, being a vessel. I'm uncomfortable in this human body." Tomoe and Kaolinite rush into Mistress 9's room and tell her that they have been waiting for her awakening. Mistress 9 commands Kaolinite to eliminate the Sailor Senshi. Mistress 9 gives the power from the Silver Crystal to Pharaoh 90. He becomes more and more powerful. Hotaru, from inside Mistress 9, tries to stop Mistress 9 from continuing.
She appears in Chibi-Usa's dream and Hotaru tells her that she will protect her. The Silver Crystal's power weakens. Later, the senshi enter Mistress 9's throne room, where earthquakes and tsunamis are threatening the earth. She announces that the time for Pharaoh 90's summoning has come. Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto use their talismans to make a force field to protect the Earth. Their field proves useless. Mistress 9 steals the inners' souls. Hotaru vows once more to protect Chibi-Usa and the 4 inners. A ray of light bursts through Mistress 9. The Inners wake up. Usagi faintly sees Hotaru smiling. Hotaru visits to where Chibi-Usa is being held by Mamoru and returns the brooch to her. Mistress 9 turns into a large monster and Hotaru disappears. Chibi-Moon transforms. She suddenly appears and uses 'Pink Sugar Heart Attack' on the monster.
Sailor Moon's Holy Grail appears, and a second one, belonging to Chibi-Usa, also appears. The two of them transform into their Super forms. They use 'Double Rainbow Moon Heart Ache', and the Outers hold up their talismans. The monster grows larger. Venus tells the Inners and Tuxedo Kamen to attack. They use their attacks on the monster, but it makes it stronger. Then, the force field made by the talismans traps the monster. The Tau Seikei system appears and begins to turn everything into blackness. The Outers collapse. Sailor Moon and the Inners attack, but the Inners collapse as well. Sailor Moon decides to use both the Holy Grail and Silver Crystal to destroy Pharaoh 90. She jumps into the system. A hole opens in the Mistress 9 monster. Out of it appears a Sailor Senshi in a sphere of light. It is Sailor Saturn. She stabs the Mistress 9 monster with her glaive and M9's power is sucked up. Sailor Saturn calls 'Death Reborn/Ribbon Revolution' and the monster is sucked into the Tau Seikei system.
Sailor Saturn swipes her Glaive down. (This means that the world will end.) The senshi feel the silence coming, then a sphere of light appears in the centre that becomes Super Sailor Moon. Sailor Saturn explains that though she is the one that ends the world, Sailor Moon will bring it back. She commands Sailor Pluto to shut the time passage to the other world. She does so, and Saturn is sucked into the Time-Space Door. Sailor Moon becomes Princess Selenity and raises her heart moon rod into the air. The people awaken and the buildings are reconstructed. The senshi hear a baby crying. Sailor Neptune runs to it. She finds that she has the mark of Saturn on her forehead. Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto vow to raise Hotaru themselves. They leave to start on their new mission.
