Tellu is the fourth of the Witches 5 (as opposed to the third) and the second most powerful, standing at level 404. At Mugen Gakuen, she masquerades as Teruno Ruru (a pun on her name), the Phys. Ed teacher.
As Tellu, she wears her usual green outfit. She wears pink earrings. Three beaded strings on each shoulder connect to a star on her chest, which connect to her black dress, holding it up. All the way down her arm are more beaded strings in a criss-cross pattern. The end of her black dress hangs like plant leaves, and has a green layer under it. She wears green tights with more beads and black shoes.
Word gets out about Tellurians, (another obvious pun) the plants that soak up water from the atmosphere and bloom quite early. Makoto, being the plant nut, purchases one at Minako's coaxing. After buying one, the two of them suddenly feel sleepy and doze off. The Tellurian blooms, but makes the other plants wither. Mako cuts through the plant with a butcher knife and gases fill the air. Makoto and Minako go to Mugen Gakuen, where they announce that the Mugen Botanical Garden is evil. They enter the garden to see that people are collapsing. They meet Tellu, who explains that the Tellurians are the alter self of her, that the plants soak up humans' energy and transmit it to her. Meanwhile, it is found that Setsuna bought a Tellurian and is being attacked by it. The inner senshi transform. Tellu attacks them, but Jupiter counterattacks with 'Jupiter Coconut Cyclone.' Sailor Moon attacks with 'Moon Spiral Heart Attack', but it doesn't harm Tellu. Luna-P then falls from the sky and gives Sailor Chibi Moon her rod. She uses 'Pink Sugar Heart Attack' on Tellu, who turns into a daimon. Tellu is destroyed by Pluto's 'Dead Scream.'
The Witches 5 are resurrected by Kaolinite. The Inners enter Mugen Gakuen, and Jupiter is separated from her friends. She enters into the Botanical Garden where she meets Tellu. She encourages Makoto to take a look around. Makoto is fascinated by all the plants and decides to quit being a Sailor Senshi. The four Inners are captured but are soon freed by Sailor Moon. The three Outers defeat the Witches 5 for good.
